Mr. Daren Dhoray is the Webmaster at The University of The West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. In that role he manages the web team providing both technical and consultative oversight on the daily operations of the online presence at the St. Augustine Campus. Mr. Dhoray also works with the cross campus web team (Mona & Cave Hill) and takes on a strategic advisory role planning the way forward for the Universityโs presence in the online sphere of tertiary education in the Caribbean region and contributing countries.
Mr. Dhoray brings to the team the knowledge and experience attained from his recent completion of a Master of Arts in Creative Design, Entrepreneurship at The University of The West Indies, 2012. His first degree from the same institution is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies and Management. He has also attained the industry standard Certified Internet Webmaster, Site Design Specialist certification.
His online experience spans a wide range of projects both locally and internationally such as 1800flowers.com, TriniTuner.com, caricomfoodsecurity.com, rotarytrinidad.org and mentorship.gov.tt. Mr. Dhoray also takes on the voluntary role of webmaster for many local schools under the edu.tt domain.
